Understand limits before selecting a subscription.
Choose by expected portfolio size and workflow intensity, not just immediate cost.
Current defaults:
- Free: 3 properties max and 3 units per property.
- Starter/Growth/Enterprise: increasing total unit capacity and operational headroom.
Common confusion:
- Free tier still supports core workflows; limits are primarily scale-based.
- Plan changes affect future access immediately once subscription state updates.
