Add Units and Occupancy
How to model rentable spaces and current occupancy status.
Each unit belongs to one property. Unit-level setup drives rent due tracking, occupancy counts, and unit expense attribution.
Setup checklist:
1. Create unit name (for example: Unit A or Apt 204).
2. Set unit type and optional size/floor data.
3. Add rent amount and rent due day.
4. Mark occupied/unoccupied based on current state.
Common confusion:
- Free plan enforces 3 units per property.
- Rent due day auto-calculates the next due date and respects month length boundaries.
